Alpha & Omega Limited respects your right to privacy and gives all users the ability to request deletion of their personal data. This policy explains:

  • What data can be deleted

  • What data cannot be deleted

  • How to submit a deletion request

  • How long deletion takes

  • Legal exceptions

This policy applies to:

  • AlphaOmega.design

  • WooCommerce store accounts

  • Print‑on‑demand order data

  • Apps (including KJV Bible Search)

  • Books, digital content, and related services

 

2. What Data You Can Request to Delete

You may request deletion of:

2.1 Account Data

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Billing address

  • Saved account information

  • Customer profile data

2.2 Personal Information

Any personal information you voluntarily provided through:

  • Checkout

  • Account creation

  • Contact forms

  • Customer support

2.3 App‑Related Data

For apps such as KJV Bible Search, you may request deletion of:

  • Optional feedback

  • Crash logs (if linked to your identity)

  • Any personal data you submitted

2.4 Communication Data

  • Emails you sent to us

  • Support messages

  • Optional feedback submissions

 

3. Data That Cannot Be Immediately Deleted

Some data cannot be deleted immediately due to legal, tax, or operational requirements.

3.1 Order & Transaction Records

We must retain:

  • Order history

  • Transaction records

  • Tax invoices

  • Shipping confirmations

These must be kept for 7 years under New Zealand business and tax law.

3.2 Printify Production Records

Printify retains limited order data required for:

  • Manufacturing

  • Quality control

  • Fraud prevention

This data cannot be deleted until Printify’s retention period expires.

3.3 Security & Fraud Logs

We may retain anonymized or security‑related logs to:

  • Prevent fraud

  • Detect abuse

  • Maintain system integrity

These logs do not identify you personally.

 

4. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, email:

  2. The email address associated with your account or order

  3. Your order number (if applicable)

  4. A clear statement requesting deletion of your data

We may request additional verification to confirm your identity.

 

5. Verification Requirements

To protect your data, we may require:

  • Confirmation via the email on file

  • Order number verification

  • Proof of identity (only if legally required)

We will never ask for:

  • Passwords

  • Payment card numbers

  • Sensitive personal information

 

6. Processing Time

6.1 Standard Deletion Window

We will delete eligible data within:

✔ 30 days of receiving your verified request.

6.2 Extended Timeframes

If your request is complex or involves third‑party processors (e.g., Printify), processing may take up to:

✔ 60 days You will be notified if additional time is required.

 

7. What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • Your account will be permanently removed

  • You will no longer be able to access past orders through your account

  • Any app‑related data linked to your identity will be erased

  • You will be unsubscribed from all non‑transactional emails

Order records required by law will remain stored securely but cannot be used to identify you beyond legal requirements.

 

8. Third‑Party Data Deletion

We work with trusted third‑party processors, including:

  • Printify (manufacturing & fulfilment)

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments)

  • Analytics providers

When you request deletion, we will:

  • Delete data stored on our systems

  • Submit deletion requests to third‑party processors where applicable

  • Inform you once all processors have completed deletion

Some third parties may retain anonymized or legally required data.

 

9. Exceptions

We may decline or delay deletion if:

  • The request is fraudulent

  • The request cannot be verified

  • Data must be retained for legal, tax, or accounting purposes

  • Data is required to resolve an active dispute

  • Deletion would compromise system security

You will be notified if an exception applies.
