ALPHA & OMEGA LIMITED — REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY Last updated: April 2026

Because all products sold by Alpha & Omega Limited are custom‑printed on demand, we follow a strict refund and replacement policy aligned with Printify’s manufacturing rules and WooCommerce best practices.

 

🔥 1. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of print‑on‑demand production, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Disliking the style, colour, or design

  • Minor variations in print placement (within Printify tolerance)

  • Minor colour differences between screen and print

  • Items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

These conditions are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

 

🔥 2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We offer free replacements (or refunds where required) for the following issues:

✔ Manufacturing defects

  • Misprints

  • Incorrect item received

  • Incorrect size received

  • Incorrect colour received

  • Incorrect design printed

  • Severe print quality issues

✔ Shipping damage

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item arrived broken

  • Item arrived with major defects

✔ Lost in transit

  • Package shows as “lost” by the carrier

  • Package stuck in transit beyond carrier timeframes

✔ Printify production errors

Any issue caused by Printify’s print provider qualifies for a replacement.

 

🔥 3. Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims submitted after these windows cannot be processed.

 

🔥 4. What You Must Provide (Required Evidence)

To submit a claim, email:

Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos showing the issue

    • For misprints: photo of the print

    • For damaged items: photo of damage + packaging

    • For wrong item: photo of the item received

  3. A short description of the problem

  4. For lost packages: confirmation of your shipping address

Claims without required evidence cannot be approved.

 

🔥 5. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to collect the package:

  • Printify does not cover replacements

  • Alpha & Omega Limited cannot issue refunds

  • A new order must be placed at full cost

This is Printify’s global policy.

 

🔥 6. Order Cancellations

Because items begin production immediately:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible

  • Refunds cannot be issued once printing has started

 

🔥 7. Return‑to‑Sender Policy

Printify does not accept returns to their facilities.

Therefore:

  • We cannot accept returned items

  • We cannot process exchanges

  • We cannot resell returned goods

All sales are final unless covered under Section 2.

 

🔥 8. Resolution Process

Once your claim is approved:

✔ If Printify confirms the issue →

A free replacement is produced and shipped automatically.

✔ If Printify denies the claim →

We will notify you with their reason and any next steps.

✔ If a refund is required →

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
