SHIPPING POLICY — ALPHAOMEGA.DESIGN

1. Production Time

All products sold on AlphaOmega.design are custom‑printed on demand through Printify print providers.

1.1 Standard Production Window

Production typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days for most items

  • Up to 10 business days during peak seasons (November–January)

Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

1.2 Multiple Print Providers

Your order may be fulfilled by different print providers depending on:

  • Product type

  • Your shipping location

  • Stock availability

This may result in split shipments (items arriving separately).

 

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by region and print provider. The following are standard estimates:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

3. Tracking Information

3.1 Tracking Availability

Tracking is provided whenever available from the print provider or shipping carrier.

Some international shipments may have limited or no tracking depending on the destination country.

3.2 Tracking Updates

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the item ships.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination country

  • Print provider rates

  • Carrier rates

Shipping fees are non‑refundable once an order enters production.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

5.1 Buyer Responsibility

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Handling charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges.

5.2 Customs Delays

Customs processing may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Printify does not cover replacements

  • Alpha & Omega Limited cannot issue refunds

  • A new order must be placed at full cost

This is Printify’s global policy.

6.2 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed package

  • Delivery refusal

Printify does not accept returns, and we cannot reship or refund the order.

 

7. Lost or Stuck Packages

7.1 Lost in Transit

A package is considered “lost” when:

  • The carrier confirms it

  • Tracking has not updated for 30 days (domestic)

  • Tracking has not updated for 45 days (international)

We will submit a claim to Printify and issue a free replacement.

7.2 Stuck in Transit

If a package is stuck in transit beyond normal timeframes, we will investigate with Printify and the carrier.

 

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number (when available).

 

9. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), production and shipping times may increase.

We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or conflict

  • Postal strikes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Pandemic‑related restrictions
