🛒 Product & Order Support

If you experience an issue with your order, including:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprints

  • Wrong item received

  • Incorrect size received

  • Print defects

  • Tracking not updating

  • Package lost in transit

  2. Clear photos of the issue (required for Printify claims)

  3. A short description of the problem

  4. Your shipping address (for lost package claims)

We will submit the claim to Printify on your behalf and provide a replacement if approved.

Note: Because all products are custom‑printed, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Tracking

Tracking is provided whenever available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking.
